Article 1 - Price

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs. Regarding the price of the score, this is established in strict compliance with the Lang law 81-766 of August 10, 1981.

1.2 - In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the jurisdiction of RLF Editions. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

1.3 - RLF Editions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of your order validation.

1.4 - The products remain the property of RLF Editions until full payment of the price.

Article 2 - Order

Article 3 - Validation

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by RLF Editions constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by RLF Editions and its clients.

Article 4 - Availability

RLF Editions is a retailer and does not intend to sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, RLF Editions reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities from 3 identical items. Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks excluding promotional operations mentioned as such on the sites. In the event of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Processing and shipping fees are only charged once per order even if the order requires multiple deliveries or multiple packages.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. In accordance with the law, shipments of scores cannot benefit from free shipping costs. When you order several products at the same time and they are all available, RLF Editions will ship you all the products ordered with a single contribution to the processing and shipping costs. Processing and shipping fees are only charged once per order even if the order requires multiple deliveries or multiple packages.

5.2 - Reserves You must notify the carrier and rad editions of any reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already opened, etc.). Article 6 - Unavailability

Article 8 - Security

Article 9 - Right of withdrawal

Article 10 - Product conformity

We undertake to refund or exchange products that appear defective, damaged or damaged or do not correspond to your order. Return costs will be refunded only upon presentation of original supporting documents. APPENDICES

Article L211-4 Consumer Code

Article 1641 Civil Code

The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would not would have given a lower price for them, if he had known them.

Action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
